4.Retirer les deux arrêtoirs inférieurs.

5.Retirer l’ensemble de la bande transporteuse comme suit:

a.) Retirer la vis à oreilles de 1/4 qui tient la bande transporteuse sur le boîtier de contrôle.

b.) Glisser légèrement la bande transpor- teuse dans le four et retirer la chaîne d’en- traînement du pignon d’entraînement de la bande transporteuse.

c.) Glisser l’ensemble de la bande transpor- teuse hors de l’extrémité du boîtier de contrôle.

NOTE: Soulever l’extrémité éloignée de la bande transporteuse pour dégager des guides de la bande transpor- teuse. Manier la bande transporteuse avec précautions pour éviter de se pincer en la repliant.

6.Retirer les buses comme suit :

a.) Retirer le boulon de la patte de retenue. Soulever la patte tout droit et la sortir du four en glissant l’une ou l’autre des extré- mités.

b.) Pousser les buses vers la paroi arrière du four. Soulever le bord avant et le tourner vers soi en glissant le bord arrière hors du conduit.

7.Retirer les déviateurs de retour d’air. Soulever l’avant de chaque déviateur. Glisser les at- taches de bout du dessous du bord extérieur de la paroi arrière du four.

8.Faire tremper la bande transporteuse dans un mélange d’eau chaude/détergent.
