If the paper tray contains different types of paper, try
loading just one type.
Paper is printed at an angle
Make sure the paper is held straight in the paper tray

Printed documents smudge easily
If you find that the ink smudges easily, there may be
a compatibility problem between the ink and the
paper you are using. It is recommended that you try
using a different brand of paper.
If this doesn’t resolve the problem, try changing the
INK SET setting to setting B (47 in the SETTINGS
menu). Note that the ink setting will affect copies
and faxes only (not PC prints).
