Setting daylight saving

You can set your machine to automatically change the time for daylight saving by registering the day and time that daylight saving begins and ends.

Follow this procedure to enable/disable the daylight saving.

1Press [Fax].

2Press [Menu].

3Use [2] or [3] to select <USER DATA>.

4Press [Set].

USER DATA

1 . TEL REGISTRATION

5Use [2] or [3] to select <SYSTEM SETTINGS>.

6Press [Set].

SYSTEM SETTINGS 1 . AUDIBLE TONES

7Use [2] or [3] to select <DAYLGHT SAV TIME>.

8Press [Set].

DAYLGHT SAV TIME

ON

9Use [2] or [3] to select <ON> to enable daylight saving or <OFF> to disable it.

If you selected <OFF> in step 9:

10Press [Set].

If you selected <ON> in step 9:

10Press [Set] three times.

MONTH

APRIL

11Use [2] or [3] to select the month when daylight saving starts.

12Press [Set] twice.

WEEK

FIRST WEEK

13Use [2] or [3] to select the week when daylight saving starts.

•Select from the following:

–<FIRST WEEK>

–<SECOND WEEK>

–<THIRD WEEK>

–<FOURTH WEEK>

–<LAST WEEK> (fourth or fifth week depending on the month)
