3 Open the Canon IJ Printer Utility dialog box.

See Opening the Canon IJ Printer Utility (Macintosh).

4 Select Test Print in the pop-up menu.

5 Click Print Head Alignment.

6 When the confirmation message is displayed, click Print

Head Alignment.

Important

Do not open the Top Cover while printing.

Note

Clicking Check Setting prints the current settings and finishes Print Head Alignment.

7 Look at the printout. From the patterns, select the most even, least irregular patterns for each column and enter their numbers. Click Send.
