When Printing for the First Time

At purchase, the printer is set to feed from the Auto Sheet Feeder.

If you are printing without changing paper source settings, load paper in the Auto Sheet Feeder.

(A)Load plain paper in the Auto Sheet Feeder.

To Change the Paper Source

In the printer driver, select a Paper Source. For details on printer driver settings, see Printing with Windows or Printing with Macintosh.

Note

If you select Front for Plain Paper, the printer will automatically switch to the Front Feeder when Plain Paper is specified for Media Type.
