Troubleshooting

iNew Select printers include Datacard’s Advanced Imaging Technology™ (AIT). Cards printed with Advanced Imaging Technology have a different appearance than cards printed with earlier Select printers, including those with Tru Image™.

This section describes possible problems you might observe with the quality of cards you produce with the Select printer. To diagnose and fix card quality problems, find the symptom in the tables that follow. For each possible cause, attempt the solutions listed.
