3From the Paper Size popup menu, choose your paper size.
If no paper size matches the label sheet size, then set a custom size.
4Select an orientation, and then click OK.
5From the menu bar, choose File > Print.
6From the Printer popup menu, choose your printer.
7From the print options popup menu, choose Quality & Media.
8From the Paper Type popup menu, choose Labels.
9From the Print Quality menu, choose a print quality other than Quick Print or Draft.
10 Click Print.
Printing on customsize paper
For Windows users
1With a document open, click File > Print.
2Click Properties, Preferences, Options, or Setup.
3Navigate to:
Paper/Finishing tab > Manage Custom Sizes > New
4Type a name and adjust the settings as needed to create a custom size, and then cl ick OK.
5Click Close, and then click OK to close any printer software dialogs.
6Click OK or Print.
For Macintosh users
1With a document open, choose File > Page Setup.
2From the “Format for” popup menu, choose your printe r.
3From the Paper Size popup menu, choose Manag e Custom Sizes.
4Adjust the settings as needed to create a custom size, and then click OK.
5Click OK.
6From the menu bar, choose File > Print.
7From the printer popup menu, choose your printer.
8Click Print.
