LOGICA DI SBRINAMENTO PER POMPA DI CALORE

Configurazione DXA (con "Condenser type" = AIR).

Durante il funzionamento invernale, in heating mode, a seconda delle condizioni ambientali esterne , può rendersi necessario lo sbrinamento dello scambiatore esterno.

Lo sbrinamento ha lo scopo di rimuovere il ghiaccio o la brina formatasi sullo scambiatore durante il funzionamento per ripristinarne le condizioni ottimali di scambio termico. Il sistema MP2000 prevede due tipi di sbrinamento, secon- do le condizioni dell’aria esterna e le impostazione di alcuni set di funzionamento. Si può avere sbrinamento ad aria con sola ventilazione dello scambiatore esterno e sbrina- mento per inversione di ciclo.

I parametri utilizzati (modificabili in "Program sets") sono i seguenti:

Defrosting limit (5 oC)

Valore di temperatura aria esterna che de- termina il tipo di sbrinamento.

Defrosting cycle (15 minuti)

Definisce l’intervallo di tempo minimo tra uno sbrinamento e l’altro quando, in partico- lari condizioni, il microprocessore non può determinarlo (es. sonde guaste).

Defrosting time (6 minuti)

Definisce la durata massima del ciclo di sbrinamento.

Pressure defrost stop (2000 kPa)

Valore di pressione di condensazione oltre- passato il quale, nel caso di sbrinamento a gas, si ha la fine del ciclo di sbrinamento.

Defrost with main fan on (Y)

Con questo parametro è possibile disabilitare il funzionamento del ventilatore di tratta- mento durante lo sbrinamento a gas. Nel caso di sbrinamento ad aria questo set è ininfluente e il ventilatore rimane acceso.

Type of refrigerant (R22)

Mediante questo parametro selezionabile nei "General Parameters" è possibile sele- zionare il tipo di gas refrigerante utilizzato nell’unità.

CONDIZIONI PER LO SBRINAMENTO.

Il sistema MP2000 controlla costantemente i principali parametri di funzionamento della macchina (pressione di aspirazione e di mandata, temperatura aria esterna ecc.). Una particolare routine di calcolo gestisce gli sbrinamenti in modo ottimale con modalità che permettono un aumento dell’efficienza globale dell’impianto.

Gli sbrinamenti possono avvenire solo se il valore della pressione di aspirazione è inferiore a 350 kPa.

Il tempo tra uno sbrinamento e il successivo (dello stesso circuito frigorifero) non può essere inferiore al set

"Defrosting cycle".

Durante questo periodo, se la pressione di aspirazione scende sotto il valore di 50kPa, viene effettuato uno sbrina- mento (30 secondi dopo che la pressione è scesa sotto i 50 kPa).

Se questa situazione si ripresenta 3 volte in 45 minuti, il compressore/i del relativo circuito frigorifero viene/vengo- no bloccato/i in allarme di bassa pressione (AL07 / AL20).

DEFROSTING LOGIC FOR THE HEAT PUMP UNITS

Configuration DXA (with "Condenser type" = AIR)

In winter, when run in heating mode and based on outdoor environmental conditions, some defrosting cycles may be necessary for the external exchanger.

The function of defrost is to remove ice and hoarfrost that could form on the exchanger while running, in order to reset optimum thermal exchange conditions.

The MP2000 system provides two types of defrost, based on the external air conditions and the setting of some operating sets: an air defrost, using only the external exchanger ventilation, and defrost through a reverse cycle. The used parameters (that can be modified in the "Pro- gram sets”) are the following:

Defrosting limit (5°C)

External air temperature value, determining the type of defrost.

Defrosting cycle (15 minutes)

Defines the minimum time interval between a defrosting and the following one when, in particular conditions, the microprocessor in not able to work in automatic mode (eg. sensors failure).

Defrosting time (6 minutes)

Defines the maximum defrosting cycle dura- tion.

Pressure defrost stop (2000 kPa)

Condensation pressure value: if exceeded, in the situation of a gas defrost, the defrost- ing cycle is stopped.

Defrost with main fan on (Y)

Through this parameter, it is possible to deactivate the main fan during a gas defrost cycle. In the situation of air defrost, this setting is negligible and the fan remains always ON.

Type of refrigerant (R22)

Through this parameter (selectable in the "General Parameters") it is possible to se- lect the type of refrigerant used for the unit.

DEFROSTING CONDITIONS

The MP2000 system constantly controls the main running parameters of the machine (suction and delivery pressure, external air temperature etc.).

A particular calculation routine handles defrosting properly, through some modes that allow an increase in the global plant efficiency.

Defrosting can be carried out only if the suction pres- sure value is below 350 kPa.

The time interval between a defrosting and the following one (on the same cooling circuit) may not be lower than the "Defrosting cycle" set.

During this period, if the suction pressure drops below 50kPa, a defrosting is carried out (30 seconds after pres- sure has dropped below 50kPa).

If this situation occurs three times in 45 minutes, the relative cooling circuit compressor(s) is/are blocked by a low pres- sure alarm (AL07/AL20).
