Scheda Board A ingresso analogico B 6 (con "High pressure probe present = Y").

L’allarme interviene quando il valore rilevato dalla sonda di pressione (Hi press. 1) supera il set impostato nel parame- tro "Maximum Pressure Value".

Con configurazione ad 1 compressore o 2 compressori con 2 circuiti, viene fermato il compressore 1.

Con configurazione a 2 compressori con 1 circuito, vengo- no fermati entrambi i compressori.

Remotizzazione allarme con contatto pulito su scheda Board B uscita C5.

AL06 - Alta Pressione Compressore 1 (pressostato) AL06 - Termico ventilatore condensatore

Scheda Board A ingresso ID 4.

L’allarme interviene immediatamente all’apertura del con- tatto.

Con configurazione ad 1 compressore o 2 compressori con 2 circuiti, viene fermato il compressore 1.

Con configurazione a 2 compressori con 1 circuito vengono fermati entrambi i compressori.

Viene posto a 0V il segnale di uscita proporzionale per il controllo di condensazione Y1.

Remotizzazione allarme con contatto pulito su scheda Board B uscita C5.

AL07 - Bassa Pressione Compressore 1

Programma condizionatori

Scheda Board A ingresso ID 5 da pressostato on/off. Compressore fermo: l’allarme interviene se l’ingresso ri- mane aperto consecutivamente per il tempo impostato nel parametro "Low press. alarm delay time".

Compressore in funzione: l’allarme interviene quando la somma dei tempi (anche non consecutivi) in cui il contatto rimane aperto raggiunge il tempo impostato nel parametro "Low press. alarm delay time".

Il conteggio viene azzerato se il compressore si ferma e l’ingresso è chiuso, oppure se l’ingresso rimane chiuso per un tempo superiore a 3 minuti consecutivi.

Programma Pompa di calore

Scheda Board A ingresso analogico B 8 da sonda bassa pressione.

Funzionamento in raffreddamento:

La logica è la stessa precedentemente descritta per il programma condizionatori, ma, invece dell’ingresso digita- le viene utilizzato l’ingresso analogico B8 (pressione di aspirazione).

L’equivalente dell’apertura del contatto si ha se il valore della pressione di aspirazione scende al di sotto del set "Alarm low pressure (cool pos)", mentre la richiusura si ha quando la pressione risale di 50 kPa (valore fisso).

Funzionamento in riscaldamento:

Configurazione DXA (con "Condenser type" = AIR): Compressore fermo: l’allarme interviene se il valore della pressione di aspirazione scende al di sotto di 50kPa (fissi), con un differenziale di 50kPa, per il tempo impostato nel parametro "Low press. alarm delay time".

AL 05 – Compressor 1 High Pressure (probe)

Board A, analog input B6 (with "High pressure probe present = Y").

The alarm is activated when the value measured by the pressure probe (Hi press. 1) exceeds the set of the "Maxi- mum Pressure Value" parameter.

Configuration with 1 compressor or 2 compressors with 2 circuits: compressor 1 is stopped.

Configuration with 2 compressors and 1 circuit: both com- pressors are stopped.

Alarm remotization with voltage free contact on Board B, output C5.

Manual reset.

AL 06 - Compressor 1 High Pressure (pressure switch) AL 06 – Condenser Fan thermal Relay

Board A, input ID 4.

The alarm is activated just after the contact opening. Configuration with 1 compressor or 2 compressors with 2 circuits: compressor 1 is stopped.

Configuration with 2 compressors and 1 circuit: both com- pressors are stopped.

The proportional output signal Y1, for the condensing control, is set to 0V.

AL07 – Compressor 1 Low Pressure

Air Conditioner Program

Board A, input ID 5 from on/off pressure switch. Compressor stopped: the alarm is activated if the input remains open consecutively for the time set in the "Low press. alarm delay time" parameter.

Compressor running: the alarm is activated when the sum of the periods of time (also nonconsecutive) during which the contact remains open reaches the time set in the "Low press. alarm delay time" parameter.

The count is reset if the compressor stops and the input is closed, or if the input remains closed for a period exceeding 3 consecutive minutes.

Heat Pump Program

Board A, analog input B 8 from low pressure sensor. Running during cooling:

The logic is the same as the one described above for the air conditioner program but analog input B8 (suction pressure) is used instead of the digital input.

To obtain the equivalent of the contact opening, the suction pressure value shall drop below the "Alarm low pressure (cool pos) set", while closing requires a rise in pressure of 50kPa (fixed value).

Running during heating:

DXA Configuration (with "Condenser type" = AIR): Compressor stopped: the alarm is activated if the suction pressure value drops below 50 kPa (fixed), with a differen- tial of 50kPa, for the time set in the "Low press. alarm delay time" parameter.
