These devices are placed close to the compressor and they are connected to the low pressure collector and to the high oil pressure side (oil pump discharge). They have been designed to control the semihermetic compressor lubrica- tion.

FUNZIONI

La presa di pressione "1" deve essere collegata all'alta pressione olio (mandata della pompa) e la presa "2" alla bassa pressione (aspirazione compressore).

Tramite la vite "3" è possibile tarare il differenziale di pressione: una rotazione completa in senso orario imposta il set a 0,2 bar; una rotazione completa in senso antiorario a 4 bar.

Lo stato di funzionamento è segnalato tramite un contatto in deviazione libero da tensione.

In condizione di funzionamento normale, con il valore differenziale di pressione superiore al set impostato, è chiuso il contatto "5-6".

In condizione di allarme, con il valore differenziale di pressio- ne inferiore al set impostato, è chiuso il contatto "5-7".

FUNCTIONS

The pressure connection "1" must be connected to high oil pressure (oil pump discharge) and the connection "2 " to the low pressure (compressor suction).

Through the screw "3" it is possible a differential pressure set calibration: a complete clockwise rotation set to 0,2 bar and a complete counter-clockwise rotation set to 4 bar.

Through a deviating voltage free contact the working status is signalling.

In normal working condition, with differential pressure value higher than set, the contact "5-6" is close.

In alarm condition, with differential pressure value lower than set, the contact "5-7" is close.
