LOGICA DI COMPENSAZIONE SET POINT DI TEMPERATURA

Il sistema MP2000 consente di effettuare la compensazio- ne del setpoint di temperatura con un segnale analogico applicato sull’ingresso di misura J1-B7 o J1-B8 (secondo la configurazione dell'unità).

Lo scopo del sistema è quello di mantenere la temperatura ambiente ad un livello ottimale, compatibilmente alle esi- genze dell'impianto, per sfruttare al meglio la resa termo- dinamica dell'unità.

E' possibile effettuare compensazioni del setpoint sia in aumento (compensazione positiva) che in diminuzione (compensazione negativa).

TEMPERATURE SET POINT COMPEN- SATION LOGIC

The MP2000 system allows to get the compensation of the temperature set point by means of an analogical signal applied on measure inlet J1-B7 o J1-B8 (according to unit configuration).

The system aims to maintain the room temperature at the optimal possible value, according to the plant require- ments, in order to exploit the units' thermodynamic per- formance.

It is possible to make the setpoint compensation either in rising (positive compensation) or in decreasing (negative compensation).

Con segnale 0V la compensazione è nulla ed il valore di set point è quello impostato (22°C).

All'aumentare del segnale, il set point si incrementa come indicato nel diagramma.

Il reale valore si rileva nella funzione "STATUS". Per ottenere questa prestazione occorre premere i tasti HOME e PRG, quindi inserire la "password" e portarsi sul set "ANALOG INPUT 7 o 8" selezionando "EXT. COMPENS". Se non si desidera alcuna compensazione si imposta il set "ANALOG INPUT 7 o 8" su "NOT USED".

Esempio:

set point temperatura = 22°C

set point compensazione massima = 5°C

segnale analogico = +0,5V

set point reale = 22°C + (0,5 x 5) = 24.5°C

Esempio per compensazione negativa (riscaldamento):

Con segnale 0V la compensazione è nulla ed il valore di set point è quello impostato (22°C).

A differenza di quanto indicato precedentemente, in questo caso è necessario sottrarre i valori di compensazione al setpoint impostato.

Esempio:

set point temperatura = 22°C

set point compensazione massima = -5°C

segnale analogico = +0,5V

set point reale = 22°C - (0,5 x 5) = 19.5°C

Il cambio di setpoint non avviene istantaneamente ma in base alla temporizzazione impostata nel parametro

"COMPENSATION REACTION TIME".

Example for positive compensation (cooling):

With signal 0V the real set point value is 22°C.

By signal increasing, the set point is increased of a value as shown in the diagram.

It is possible to read the real value under the "STATUS" function.

To activate this feature, press HOME key and PRG, then insert the "password" and move to set "ANALOG INPUT 7 o 8" and select "EXT COMPENS".

If you need no compensation, position the set "ANALOG INPUT 7 o 8" on "NOT USED".

Example:

temperature set point = 22°C

max compensation set point = 5°C

analogical signal = +0.5V

real set point = 22°C + (0.5 x 5) = 24.5°C

Example for negative compensation (heating):

With signal 0V the real set point value is 22°C.

Contrary to the previous example, in this case it is neces- sary to deduct the compensation values from the setpoint. Example:

temperature set point = 22°C

max compensation set point = -5°C

analogical signal = +0.5V

real set point = 22°C - (0.5 x 5) = 19.5°C

The setpoint modification is not immediate but according to the set "COMPENSATION REACTION TIME".
