Il dispositivo è posizionato all'interno del quadro elettrico e trova la sua principale applicazione nel controllo della velocità di rotazione di ventilatori accoppiati a motori elet- trici monofase, tramite un segnale proporzionale 0⎟10Vdc.

The device is placed in the electric box and it has been designed to control the rotation speed of the directly cou- pled single phase fan motors, through a 0⎟10Vdc propor- tional signal.

FUNZIONI

A)Regola la tensione di uscita (alimentazione ventilatore) in base al segnale analogico di ingresso (0 ⎟ 10 Vdc).

B) Interrompe l'alimentazione elettrica al ventilatore indi- pendentemente dal segnale analogico di ingresso. Questa funzione è inseribile con dip switch in posizione ON. In questa posizione il regolatore funziona quando

èpresente una tensione (20⎟160 Vac) al morsetto 8 riferita allo 0V del morsetto 2, quando questa tensione viene a mancare il dispositivo ferma il ventilatore.

MAX V OUT: Con il potenziometro P1 si limita la tensione massima di uscita (110⎟220Vac). Per la taratura portare al massimo il segnale analogico di ingresso (10 Vdc) e ruotare il potenziometro P1 sino ad ottenere il valore di tensione di uscita desiderato (pretaratura a 220Vac).

START VOLTAGE: Agendo sul potenziometro P2 si impo- sta il valore del segnale analogico in ingresso (0⎟4,5Vdc) dal quale il regolatore deve iniziare a dare tensione in uscita (pretaratura a 3 Vdc).

MIN V OUT: Agendo sul potenziometro P3 si imposta il valore di tensione minima di uscita (0 ⎟ 110Vac) quando il segnale analogico in ingresso è prossimo al valore di START VOLTAGE (pretaratura a 80 Vac).

FUNCTIONS

A)It regulates the leaving output (fan motor feeding) following the incoming analogic signal (0 ⎟ 10 Vdc).

B)It cuts the fan motor electrical feeding independently from the incoming analogic signal. This function can be

activated positioning the dip-switch ON. In this position the controller works when a voltage (20 ⎟160 Vac) is present on terminal 8 referred to 0V of the terminal 2. When this voltage lacks the controller is cutting the feeding voltage to the fan motor.

MAX V OUT: Acting on the P1 potentiometer it is possible to set the maximum output voltage (110 ⎟ 220Vac).

To perform this setting bring to the maximum the input analogic signal (10 Vdc) and then rotate the potentiometer P1 until you will reach the desired value (factory set 220V). START VOLTAGE: Acting on the P2 potentiometer it is possible to set the value of the input analogic signal (0⎟4,5Vdc) at which the controller will have to start giving the output voltage (factory set 3 Vdc).

MIN V OUT: Acting on the P3 potentiometer it is possible to set the output voltage minimum value (0 ⎟ 110Vac) when the input analogic signal is close to the START VOLTAGE value (factory set 80 Vac).
