In caso di sonda aria esterna guasta o sconnessa (AL22 Probe fail temperature) lo sbrinamento è ciclico in base al tempo impostato nel set "Defrosting cycle".

MODALITA' DI SBRINAMENTO

Ad aria: con temperatura aria esterna maggiore del parametro

"Defrosting limit".

Per inversione di ciclo: con temperatura aria esterna minore del parametro "Defrosting limit".

L’isteresi è fissa a ±1 oC:

In case the external air probe is faulty or disconnected (AL22 Probe fail temperature), defrosting is cyclical, based on the time preset in the “Defrosting cycle” set.

DEFROSTING PROCEDURE

With air: when the external air temperature is higher than the "Defrosting limit" parameter.

Through a reverse cycle: when the external air tempera- ture is lower than the "Defrosting limit" parameter.

The hysteresis is fixed at ±1°C

Viene utilizzato il calore contenuto dall’aria esterna.

Il ventilatore del condensatore è attivo con l’uscita proporziona- le al valore P2 max.

Il termine dello sbrinamento viene determinato sulla base dei parametri di funzionamento.

La durata massima dello sbrinamento non potrà essere comun- que maggiore del set "Defrosting time".

Durante lo sbrinamento, se presente, viene attivata la resisten- za di riscaldamento.

I compressori sono comandati nel seguente modo:

Unità con 1 compressore: viene fermato il compressore.

Unità con 2 compressori su 1 circuito frigorifero: vengono fermati entrambi i compressori.

Unità con 2 compressori su 2 circuiti frigoriferi: viene fermato il compressore interessato allo sbrinamento e attivato l’altro com- pressore per riscaldare.

Sbrinamento per inversione di ciclo

Viene utilizzato il gas caldo di mandata del compressore che viene inviato allo scambiatore esterno; il compressore rimane in funzione e vengono fermati i ventilatori dello scambiatore esterno.

La fine dello sbrinamento avviene quando il valore della pressio- ne di condensazione supera il set "Pressure defrost stop", a questo punto vengono attivati per 15 sec. i ventilatori dello scambiatore esterno con controllo di condensazione estivo per poi ripristinare il funzionamento invernale.

Durante lo sbrinamento, se presente, viene attivata la resisten- za di riscaldamento.

I compressori sono comandati nel seguente modo:

Unità con 1 compressore: viene attivato il compressore a piena capacità.

Unità con 2 compressori su 1 circuito frigorifero: vengono attivati entrambi i compressori.

Unità con 2 compressori su 2 circuiti frigoriferi: il compressore interessato allo sbrinamento effettua l’inversione di ciclo e passa a piena capacità, l’altro compressore viene attivato per riscaldare.

Con Configurazione DXW

(con "Condenser type" = WATER)

Non avviene alcun sbrinamento.

La sonda sull’uscita acqua scambiatore ha la funzione di limite antigelo (vedere allarme AL36).

Air defrosting

The external air heat is used.

The condenser fan is activated, with the proportional output at P2 max.

The end of defrosting is determined based on the running parameters.

The maximum defrosting duration must never exceed the "Defrosting time" set.

During defrosting, the heater is activated, if any. Compressors are controlled as follows:

Unit with 1 compressor: the compressor is stopped.

Unit with 2 compressors on 1 cooling circuit: both compres- sors are stopped.

Unit with 2 compressors on 2 cooling circuits: the compres- sor involved in defrosting is stopped, the other is activated for heating.

Defrosting through reverse cycle

The compressor’s hot gas discharge is used, that being sent to the external exchanger.

The compressor remains ON and the external exchanger fans are stopped.

Defrosting ends when the condensation pressure value exceeds the "Pressure defrost stop" set: the external exchanger fans are activated for 15 seconds, with summer condensation control; then, the winter running is reset.

During defrosting, the heater is activated, if any. Compressors are controlled as follows:

Unit with 1 compressor: the compressor is activated in full capacity.

Unit with 2 compressors on 1 cooling circuit: both compres- sors are activated.

Unit with 2 compressors on 2 cooling circuits: the compres- sor involved in defrosting carries out a cycle reversal with a passage to full capacity, the other is activated for heating.

With DXW configuration

(with "Condenser type" = WATER)

No defrosting occurs.

The function of the probe on the exchanger’s water outlet is with limit function (see alarm AL36).
