GLI STADI ON/OFF

La logica di regolazione a stadi on/off identifica una tipolo- gia di controllo che prevede l'impostazione di valori nume- rici di temperatura (°C), umidità (%UR) o pressione (kPa) per definire il set di attivazione del componente (stadio) ed il relativo campo di lavoro (differenziale) riferiti al setpoint impostato.

Esempio:

Impostando il set point a 22°C, con lo stadio di raffreddamen- to ad un valore di temperatura di 1°C (gradino di attivazione) e con differenziale di 0,7°C otterremo quanto segue:

- attivazione compressore quando l'aria ambiente rag- giunge i 23°C (22+1).

- disattivazione compressore quando l'aria ambiente rag- giunge i 22,3°C (23-0,7).

THE ON/OFF STAGES

The on/off stage regulation logic identifies a control typol- ogy which provides the setting of numeric values for tem- perature (°C), humidity (% R.H.) or pressure (kPa), permit- ting definition of the activation set of the component (stage) and the relative work field (differential) referred to the preset set point.

Example:

When setting the setpoint at 22°C, with the cooling stage at a temperature of 1°C (activation step) and a differential equal to 0.7°C, you will obtain the following:

-the compressor is activated when the air in the room reaches 23°C (22+1).

-the compressor is deactivated when the air in the room reaches 22.3°C (23-0.7).

I SEGNALI PROPORZIONALI DI TEMPERATURA

Segnale di tensione xY diretto (010V) o inverso (100V) proporzionale al valore di temperatura /umidità rilevato dalla sonda di ripresa aria.

PROPORTIONAL è definito dai set "proportional valve start" (inizio rampa) e "proportional valve max" (fine rampa) che sono valori numerici riferiti al setpoint impostato.

Esempio:

Raffreddamento con logica diretta (010V). "Proportional valve start" = 0,3°C - sommando tale valore al setpoint otterremo 22+0,3 = 22,3°C che corrisponde all'inizio rampa.

"Proportional valve max" = 1,5°C - sommando tale valore al setpoint otterremo 22+1,5 = 23,5°C che corrisponde alla fine rampa.

Il segnale proporzionale quindi sarà uguale a 0V con temperatura ambiente fino a 22,3°C per incrementarsi fino a 10V con temperatura ambiente di 23,5°C.

THE TEMPERATURE PROPORTIONAL SIGNALS

Direct (010V) or reverse (100V) xY voltage signal, pro- portional to the temperature/humidity value measured by the probe.

The PROPORTIONAL is defined by the "proportional valve start" (ramp start) and "proportional valve max" (ramp end) sets, that are numeric values referring to the preset setpoint. Example:

Direct logic cooling (010V) "Proportional valve start" = 0.3°C

-when adding this value to the set point you will obtain 22+0.3 = 22.3°C, in correspondence to the ramp start. "Proportional valve max" = 1.5°C

-when adding this value to the set point you will obtain 22+1.5 = 23.5°C, in correspondence to the ramp end.

Accordingly, the proportional signal is equal to 0V, with room temperature up to 22.3°C, but it will increase up to 10V with room temperature of 23.5°C.
