DESCRIZIONI ALLARMI

Gli allarmi vengono visualizzati sul display del terminale e segnalati da un LED rosso e da un segnalatore acustico. Per unità equipaggiate solo con Scheda BOARD A, la remotizzazione degli allarmi è possibile solo tramite i relè di Allarme Generale programmabili con contatto pulito e dalla scheda seriale a richiesta.

Per unità equipaggiate con Scheda BOARD A e B, la remotizzazione degli allarmi è possibile tramite i relè di Allarme Generale programmabili con contatto pulito pre- senti sulla BOARD "A", dai relè con contatto pulito presenti sulla BOARD "B" e dalla scheda seriale a richiesta.

Tutti gli ingressi digitali ID sono considerati "a riposo" quando il contatto è chiuso (ingresso alimentato), e gene- rano l’eventuale allarme quando il contatto si apre.

I valori si riferiscono ai set di default.

AL01 - Termica Ventilatore Principale

Scheda Board A ingresso ID 2.

L’allarme ferma il ventilatore attendendo il naturale ripristi- no del termico, quindi il ventilatore riparte.

Se entro 15 minuti il termico interviene una seconda volta il ventilatore viene messo in blocco e, anche dopo il ripristino è necessario intervenire ed effettuare il reset da tastiera.

L’allarme interviene anche con unità in "Stand-by". Vengono fermati tutti i componenti dell’unità compresi i segnali proporzionali Y0 eY1.

Non viene rilevato l’allarme AL02.

Remotizzazione allarme con contatto pulito su scheda Board B uscita C9.

Ripristino automatico (primo intervento).

Ripristino manuale (secondo intervento in 15 minuti).

AL02 - Mancanza Flusso Aria

Scheda Board A ingresso ID 8.

L’allarme interviene se il ventilatore principale è in funzione e trascorso il tempo impostato dal parametro "Air flow alarm delay time".

Vengono fermati tutti i componenti dell’unità compresi i segnali proporzionali Y0 eY1.

Remotizzazione allarme con contatto pulito su scheda Board B uscita C9.

Ripristino automatico

AL03 - Filtri Aria Sporchi

Scheda Board A ingresso ID 9.

L’allarme interviene se l’ingresso rimane aperto per alme- no 5 secondi consecutivi e se il ventilatore principale è in funzione.

L'allarme viene solo segnalato.

Remotizzazione allarme con contatto pulito su scheda Board B uscita C10.

Ripristino automatico

AL04 - Termica Compressore 1

Scheda Board A ingresso ID 3.

L’allarme ferma il Compressore 1 attendendo il naturale ripristino del termico, quindi il compressore riparte. Se entro 15 minuti il termico interviene una seconda volta il compres- sore viene messo in blocco e, anche dopo il ripristino, è necessario intervenire ed effettuare il reset da tastiera.

L’allarme interviene anche con compressore fermo e/o unità in "Stand-by".

Viene fermato solo il Compressore 1.

ALARM DESCRIPTION

Alarms are displayed on the terminal display and signalled by a red LED and an acoustic signal.

For the units equipped only with BOARD A, alarms may be remotized only through the General Alarm relays pro- grammed with voltage free contact or through the optional serial board.

For the units equipped with BOARDS A and B, alarms may be remotized only through the General Alarm relays programmed with voltage free contact present on BOARD “A”, the relays with voltage free contact present on BOARD “B” and by the optional serial board.

All digital ID inputs are considered "at rest" when the contact is closed (supplied input) and may generate an alarm when the contact opens.

The values refer to the default sets.

AL 01 – Main Fan Thermal Relay

Board A, input ID 2.

The alarm stops the fan, waiting for the natural reset of the thermal relay; then, the fan is restarted.

If the thermal relay is activated again, within 15 minutes, the fan is locked and, also after reset, it is necessary to intervene and to perform a reset from the keyboard.

The alarm is activated also when the unit is in standby. All of the unit’s components are stopped, including propor- tional signals Y0 and Y1.

Alarm AL02 is not detected.

Alarm remotization with voltage free contact on Board B, output C9.

Automatic reset (first activation).

Manual reset (second activation in 15 minutes).

AL 02 – Air Flow Lacking

Board A, input ID 8.

The alarm is activated provided the main fan is running and after the time set by the "Air flow alarm delay time" param- eter.

All of the unit’s components are stopped, including propor- tional signals Y0 and Y1.

Alarm remotization with voltage free contact on Board B, output C9.

Automatic reset.

AL 03 – Air filters clogged

Board A, input ID 9.

The alarm is activated when the input remains open for at least 5 consecutive seconds and providing the main fan is running.

The alarm is only signalled.

Alarm remotization with voltage free contact on Board B, output C10.

Automatic reset .

AL 04 – Compressor 1 Thermal Relay

Board A, input ID 3.

The alarm stops compressor 1, waiting for the natural reset of the thermal relay; then, the compressor is restarted. If the thermal relay is activated again, within 15 minutes, the compressor is locked and, also after reset, it is necessary to intervene and to perform a reset from the keyboard.

The alarm is activated also when the compressor is stopped and/or the unit is in standby.

Only Compressor 1 is stopped.
