I SEGNALI PROPORZIONALI DI PRESSIONE

Segnale di tensione zY diretto (010V) direttamente pro- porzionale al valore di pressione condensazione rilevato dalla sonda di alta pressione.

Il segnale è definito dai set "control condensing pressure" (inizio rampa) e "control condensing pressure differential" (fine rampa) che sono valori numerici.

Esempio:

"control condensing pressure" = 1400kPa - valore di pres- sione che corrisponde all'inizio rampa (0V).

"control condensing pressure differential" = 300kPa - valo- re da sommare al precedente per definire il valore di fine rampa (1400+300) = 1700kPa (10V).

Nell'esempio il segnale proporzionale viene attivato al valore di 3V (inizio rampa), definito dal set "zPmin", fino al valore massimo di 10V (fine rampa) definito dal set "zPmax".

THE PRESSURE PROPORTIONAL SIGNALS

Direct (010V) voltage signal zY is directly proportional to the condensing pressure value measured by the high pressure probe.

The signal is defined by the "control condensing pressure" (ramp start) and "control condensing pressure differential" (ramp end) sets, that are numeric values.

Example:

"control condensing pressure" = 1400kPa - pressure value corresponding to the ramp start (0V).

"control condensing pressure differential" = 300kPa - pres- sure value. Adding this value to the set point to obtain the ramp end (1400+300) = 1700kPa (10V).

In the example , the proportional signal is activated at the value of 3V (ramp start), with set zPmin", up to maximum value of 10V (ramp end) with set "zPmax".

LA VALVOLA A TRE PUNTI (FLOATING)

La logica di controllo della valvola a 3 punti, per raffredda- mento e riscaldamento, utilizza due uscite on/off per il controllo del servomotore, e precisamente una per l’aper- tura della valvola e una per la chiusura.

Per ogni valvola impostare i seguenti parametri:

Cooling/Heating Floating Valve Start: inizio modula- zione, valore differenziale rispetto al setpoint corrispon- dente alla massima chiusura della valvola.

Cooling/Heating Floating Valve Max: fine modulazio- ne, valore differenziale rispetto al setpoint corrisponden- te alla massima apertura della valvola.

Floating Valve running time: tempo di corsa del servo- motore, serve per calcolare il tempo di apertura e/o di chiusura della valvola in funzione della percentuale di apertura richiesta.

Cooling floating valve logic: definisce lo stato a riposo della valvola; se "Normal" la valvola è completamente chiusa, se "Reverse" vengono scambiati i relè di coman-

do e la valvola sarà completamente aperta (disponibile solo per Cooling floating valve).

Esempio di funzionamento selezionando "cooling floating valve":

Setpoint temperatura = 22°C

Cooling floating valve start = 0,3°C (22+0,3) = 22,3°C Cooling floating valve max = 1,5°C (22+1,5) = 23,5°C Floating valve running time = 150 s.

THE FLOATING VALVE

The floating valve’s control logic (for cooling and heating) uses two on/off outputs for the servomotor: more precisely, the first is used to open the valve and the second for closing it.

The following parameters are set for each valve:

Cooling/heating Floating Valve Start: modulation start; the differential value, compared to the set point, corre- sponds to the maximum closure of the valves.

Cooling/heating Floating Valve Max: modulation end; the differential value, compared to the set point, corre- sponds to the maximum opening of the valves.

Floating Valve running time: servomotor’s running time, used to calculate the opening and/or closing time of

the valve, as a function of the required opening percent- age.

-Cooling Floating Valve Logic: defines the valve’s rest

condition: if "Normal", the valve is completely closed, if "Reverse", the control relays are exchanged and the valve is completely open (available only for the cooling

floating valve).

Example of operation, when the "cooling floating valve" is selected:

Temperature set point = 22°C

Cooling floating valve start = 0.3°C (22+0.3) = 22.3°C Cooling floating valve max. = 1.5°C (22 + 1.5) = 23.5°C Floating valve running time =150 s.
