Preparation

BEEF

Steak Rib-eye Filet Porterhouse/T-Bone 1-inch thick

Rub generously with spice rub or salt and pepper. Grill on HIGH, uncovered, for 5-7 minutes per side. Sear 2 minutes, rotate 90°, cook an additional 3-5 minutes. Turn. Repeat on second side. Allow to stand 2-3 minutes before serving. For thick (2-inch) steaks increase cooking time 2-3 minutes per side.

Tenderloin Roast (2 pounds
