STXV0403 ERROR Management file cannot be found.
[Meaning]
The copy set management file does not exist. The process is canceled.
[Action]
For target disk pool operation
Register the Shadow Copy destination in the target disk pool management file using the Target Disk
Pool Registration/Deletion function, and try again.
To start the Target Disk Pool Registration/Deletion function, click the [Start] button – [All Programs] –
[ETERNUS VSS Hardware Provider] – [Target Disk Pool Registration•Deletion].
Execute this function on a backup server.
For copy set operation
Register the copy set information of the copy set file, and try again.
Execute this command on a production server.
STXV0404 ERROR Failed to access copy set information.
[Meaning]
Failed to access copy set information. The process is canceled.
[Action]
Register the copy set information for the copy set file, and try again.
STXV0405 ERROR Invalid copy set information.
[Meaning]
The copy set information is invalid. The process is canceled.
[Action]
Register the copy set information for the copy set file, and try again.
STXV0406 ERROR Failed to access device. Disk = ["physical disk number"], Error code = "error number,detailed error code"
[Meaning]
Failed to access device. Continue with next session to be stopped.
[Action]
When "error number" is "-1"
Check the following.
-No access to the Shadow Copy destination during backup
-For configuration using different Windows Servers for the production server and backup server,
the Shadow Copy destination that is registered in the copy set information is connected to the
backup server.
When "error number" is other than "-1"
Deal with the error according to the contents of the ETERNUS Disk storage systems "detailed error
code", and try again.
