■STXV0413 ERROR Failed to stop copy session. Source-Disk = "physical disk
number", Source-BoxID = "Box ID", Source-OLU = "OLU number", Target-BoxID =
"Box ID", Target-OLU = "OLU number", Error code = "error number, detailed error
code"
[Meaning]
Failed to stop copy session. Continue with next session to be stopped.
[Action]
Deal with the error according to the contents of the ETERNUS Disk storage systems "detailed error
code", and try again.
For more details about the "detailed error code", refer to "9.3 Detailed Error Codes" (page 125).
■STXV0414 ERROR The VSSHP Management file version is invalid.
[Meaning]
The copy set management file version is invalid. The process is canceled.
[Action]
Check the VSSHP version, and try again.
■STXV0415 ERROR Insufficient memory.
[Meaning]
Insufficient memory. The process is canceled.
[Action]
Exit all unused programs, and try again.
If the problem still persists, refer to "10.2 How to Obtain Error Information" (page 131), and prepare the
required information before contacting a Fujitsu field engineer (FE).
■STXV0416 ERROR An error occurred in the backup server.
[Meaning]
An error occurred in the backup server. The process is canceled.
[Action]
Check the events log message in the backup server and deal with the contents accordingly.
■STXV0417 ERROR Communication environment with the backup server is incorrect.
("event ID")
[Meaning]
The communication environment with the backup server is incorrect. The cause is "event ID". Continue
with next session to be stopped.
[Action]
Refer to "9.1 Event Log Messages" (page 75) to deal with the corresponding "event ID", and try again.
