Details:
Failed to access device. The process is canceled.
If the "internal error code" is [-1], check the following.
-There is no access to the Shadow Copy destination during backup.
For details, refer to [Caution] in "5.1 Backup" (page 44).
-The Shadow Copy destination that is registered in the copy set information is connected to the
backup server.
-The setting of the requester must be a server configuration.
For details of server configuration, refer to "1.3.1 Server Configuration" (page 17).
-The Shadow Copy destination must be unmounted.
If the "internal error code" is [-3], check the following.
-The Hyper-V Transportable Copy Configuration is used.
Check that the Shadow Copy destination is connected to the production server.
For details, refer to "1.3.1.4 Transportable Copy Configuration (when Backing Up a Hyper-V
Virtual Machine)" (page 21).
Execute the backup again when there is no problem.

Deal with the error according to the contents of the ETERNUS Disk storage systems "detailed error
code", and try again.
