■Cluster configuration

A disk that is registered as a cluster resource cannot be used for a Shadow Copy destination disk. A

Shadow Copy destination disk must be provided for an active production server and a standby

production server.

1.3.1.2 Transportable Copy Configuration

•The Windows OS of the production server and the backup server is the same version and level.

•Compatible versions of VSSHP are installed in both the production server and backup server.

For details about compatibility, refer to "1.4 Supported Environment" (page 24).

•A requester that supports VSS is installed in both the production server and backup server.

•A writer that supports VSS is installed in the production server.
