ETERNUS VSS Hardware Provider 2.1 User’s Guide

●When the IP address has not been registered in the registry.

The following window appears. Enter a new IP address and IP version.

If the communication environment setting for a production server is performed before the

communication environment setting for a backup server, the communication environment settings for

the production server fail.

The same IP version must be set for the production server and the backup server.
