Setup the Database

1.Double-click on the Communications button to open the preconfigured database (.gg2). The file is already setup for ProMix 2KS. See FIG. 18.

2.See FIG. 19. Highlight Protocol 1. Click the Edit but- ton on the right side of the window to open the Driver Picker window. Choose a protocol from the

lists provided, in this example Modbus and TCP/IP Slave. The system will create device PLC1.
