This is an error that is related to the Parallel Port. It happens normally in New Printers and only once (it is unlikely to appear again). Even if the error appears again, there is nothing wrong with the Printer.

Try the following:

￿Recommend to the customer to print via the Network Card because the transmission time via the Parallel Port is very slow.

￿If the customer insists on printing via the Parallel Port, ask them to check the Parallel Port settings on the PC (that was used when the error occurred). The Parallel Port setting in the PC BIOS should be in the ECP mode. This configuration should decrease the frequency of the error.
