The Fuser Cartridge and Bias Transfer Roll (BTR) have expected useful lives of 200,000 prints. When this point is reached, you will see the following message at the printer’s Control Panel display:

Fuser Cartridge

Although printing can continue, to ensure optimum print quality, you should order and replace these parts as soon as possible. See Appendix A: Ordering Printer Options for ordering information.
