Disabling Passwords

Follow the instructions below to disable passwords.

1 Power ON the printer.

The printer will complete its self-test and display the following message at the Control Panel Display:

Online

Ready

Press Downuntil you see:

Main Menu

Mailbox Menu

Press Enter and the display changes to:

Mailbox Menu

Collator

To disable a collator password, continue to Step 5 on page 2-23.

To disable a bin password, skip to Step 7 on page 2-23.
