Tip

To quickly change the date, tap the month or year on the calendar, and then select the month or year you want.

Week view

In Week view, you can see a week’s appointments all at once. Tap the arrows to the left of the date headings to move forward and backward a week at a time. Use the commands on the View menu to set the number of days displayed and to switch between hour and half-hour time slots.

Tapping a date button takes you to that day in Agenda view.

Month view

To get a Month view, double-tap on the Month-at-a-Glance Plus icon on the taskbar. You can also view your appointments for the day in the Month view by first tap- ping on the date, and then pressing the spacebar.
