Common Symptoms and Solutions

If your computer has a power-management feature, disable it (see the manual that came with your computer).

If your system is running printer status monitor software, disable it (page 3-7).

Make sure that you are not attaching a parallel port switch box anywhere in the CD-Writer Plus drive’s cabling configuration.
