Even thoughyou’ll probably never need totake advantage of our incredibleservice
policy,it’s good toknow that we back our productsthis confidently.We do it because
youdeservethe best. We willmake every effortto repair yourunit within three business
daysfrom the receiptof your unit at our factory.This does notinclude shipping timeto
and fromour factory. Units receivedon Friday are typicallyshipped by the following
Wednesday,unitsreceived Mondayare typically shippedby Thursday,etc.
All repairwork is performed by factory-trainedtechnicians to meet exactingfactory
specifications.Factory-servicedunitsgo through the same rigoroustesting and quality
controlinspectionsas new productionunits.
Afterthe original warrantyperiod, a standardflat rate service chargewill be assessed
foreach repair(physical damageand missing partsare not included). Any repairs made
afterthe originalwarranty will be warrantedfor an additional90 days after servicehas
