Returning YourUnit for Service
Beforesending yourunit in for repair,please contact the factory,either byphone or by
email,to obtain a RepairAuthorization Numberfor your unit.
NOTE:Please do not return your Humminbird® product to the store for service.
Pleasehave your product modelname and serial number availablebefore calling the
factory. If you contactthe factory by e-mail,please include your productmodel name
andserial number in the e-mail,and use Request for RepairAuthorization Numberfor
youre-mail subjectheader. Youshould include yourRepair AuthorizationNumber in all
subsequentcommunicationsabout yourunit.
ForIN-WARRANTYservice, complete thefollowing steps:
• Obtain a Repair AuthorizationNumberfrom the Humminbird®Customer Resource
Center.
• Tag productwith your name, street address,phone number and your assigned
RepairAuthorizationNumber.
• Include a brief writtendescription of theproblem.
• Include a copy of yourreceipt (to show proofand date of purchase).
• Return productfreight prepaid to Humminbird®, usingan insured carrier with
deliveryconfirmation.
ForOUT-OF-WARRANTYservice,complete the followingsteps:
• Obtain a Repair AuthorizationNumberfrom the Humminbird®Customer Resource
Center.
• Include paymentin the form of credit card numberand expiration date, money
orderor personalcheck. Please do not send cash.
• Tag productwith your name, street address,phone number and your assigned
RepairAuthorizationNumber.
• Include a brief writtendescription of theproblem.
• Return productfreight prepaid to Humminbird®, usingan insured carrier with
deliveryconfirmation.
