Lookin. Shows the folder hierarchy for the current folder. To navigate to a different folder, select
one from this list to navigate there directly, or navigate using the object list below this eld.
UpFolder bu tton. Navigates to one level above the current fold er in theh ierarchy.
NewFolder butt on. Creates a new folder at th e current level in the hierarchy.
Filename. The repository le name of the selected object. To retrieve that object, click
Retrieve.
Filesof type. Thetype of obje ct that you have chosen to retrieve. On ly objects of this type, together
with folders, are shown in the object list. To display objects of a different type for retrieval,
select the object type from the list.
Openas locked. By default, when an object is retrieved, it is locked in the repository so that others
cannot update it. If you do not want the object to be locked on retrieval, unc heck this box.
Description, Keywords. If additional details about th eo bject were dened when the object was
stored, those details are displayed here. For more information, see the topic Adding Inform ation
About Stored Objects on p. 165.
Version. Toretrieve a versi on of the object other than the latest, click this button. Detailed
information for all versions is displayed, allowing you to choose the version you want.

the header of the appropriate column.
