Messages tab in stream properties dialog box

In addition to messages regarding stream operations, error messages are reported here. When

stream running is terminated because of an error, this dialog box will open to the Messages tab

with the error message visible. Additionally, the node with errors is highlighted in red on the

stream canvas.
