z The Sametime server is, by default, case-sensitive; now it can be configured to be case-insensitive.
Case-insensitive ID comparison allows IM awareness in Domino Web Access and Portal. Please
see "Case insensitive ID compare" in the Configuration section of these release notes for more
information.
z The Sametime server can be configured so that no external users are allowed to watch internal
users. By default, the Sametime server allows external users to watch internal users. Please see
"Internal user consent for external users" in the Configuration section of these release notes for
more information.
z Ability to designate Primary Buddies in your buddy list

z One-on-one video chat
z Chat History - Added support for recording history of N-way chats as well as searching through chat
history text

z Partial name search for users and public groups. Users can now type a prefix of a group name, or
the first or last name of a user, and receive a list of relevant matches. Note that this option may
generate some additional load on the server. Please refer to "Disabling partial search for users or
public groups" in these release notes for details about the option to revert back to the previous
search method
