z The Help topic, "Why Is the Image in the Speaker's Video Window an IBM Lotus Sametime Logo?"
refers to the "Play video" button. This should be "Play".
z The Help topic, "Viewing Poll Responses Shared by the Chair" refers to the "Poll Tab." This should be
"Polling".
z The Help topic, "Viewing the Participant Who Is Speaking" refers to clicking "Pause Video." This
should be "Pause". The topic refers to the "Recent Speaker". This should be "Current Speaker". The
topic also refers to the IBM(R) Lotus(R) Sametime(R) logo displaying in the video window. This
should be the Video Meeting Paused icon displays in the video window.
z The Help topic, "Accessing Meeting Details," refers to the "Expected connections" field. This should
be "Expected participants".
z The Help topic "Speaking During the Meeting," step 4 refers to "clicking the Audio Controls icon at the
top of the participants list and clicking Release Microphone". There is no Release Microphone
command in the Audio Controls menu.
z The Help topic "Attending a Breakout session" refers to clicking on an active (green) name in the
participants list. You can also click on the away (yellow) name.
z The Help topic "Communicating with Computer Audio and Video" refers to the chair passing the
microphone if a participant leaves the meeting without releasing the microphone. This is unnecessary
since the microphone is released automatically when you leave a meeting. The same topic also
refers to selecting Recent Speakers from the Show drop-down list at the top of the participants list.
The Recent Speakers option only displays if the meeting is telephony enabled.
