SECTION 4—FRONT CASTERS
WARNING
After any adjustments, repair or service and before use, make sure all attaching
hardware is tightened securely. Otherwise, injury or damage may occur.

Front Caster Mounting Adjustments

NOTE:Forthisprocedure,refertoFIGURE4.1.
1. Removethehexscrew,washers(ifsoequipped)andlocknutthatsecurethefront
castertothefork.
2. Repositionthefrontcasterontheforktothedeterminedmountinghole.Referto
ChangingSeattoFloorHeight/SeattoFloorAngleonpage 29todeterminefront
castermountingholeforfrontcastersizeandseattofloorheight.
3. Securefrontcastertoforkwithexistinghexscrewandlocknut.Securelytighten.
WARNING
Make sure both front casters are positioned in the same mounting hole before using
the wheelchair. Otherwise, injury may result.
4. RepeatSTEPS13fortheoppositefrontcaster.
