SECTION 5—SEAT TO FLOOR

Changing Seat-to-Floor Height/Seat-to-Floor Angle

NOTE: This section is for non‐recliner wheelchairs only. For recliners, refer to Changing Seat‐to‐Floor Height on page 77.
NOTE: Seat‐to‐floor angle adjustments are only available on 9000 XT with the offset axle option and adjustable caster journal (ADJC). All other models/options have a 3° seat‐to‐floor angle.
The different Seat‐to‐Floor heights and angles (Detail “A”) are possible by using different combinations of rear wheels, rear wheel positions, front caster positions, front caster size and cam positions.
1.Determine the model and frame style of your wheelchair. Refer to the following chart and FIGURE 5.1.
