System Menu

Language Setting

You can select the language to be used on the message display.

Languages that can be selected:

Inch Specification — English, French (Français), Spanish (Español), and Japanese ( )

Metric Specification — English, German (Deutsch), French (Français), Spanish (Español) and

Italian (Italiano)

1Press the System Menu/Counter key.

2Press the S key or the T key to select Language.

3Press the Enter key.

4Press the S key or the T key to select the language to use.

5Press the Enter key. The message display returns to the copier basic screen, and the language for the message display is changed.
