1Display the Memory Card screen. (See How to Display the Memory Card Screen on page 2-37.)

Press the S key or the T key to select Write Data.

3Press the Enter key.

4Press the S key or the T key to select OK.

5Press the Enter key. GO and CANCEL are displayed.

Note If you select CANCEL and press the Enter key, data is not written.

6Send data from your computer to this machine.

When the data is received, the message display of this machine changes to Processing data. When reception is complete, the message display changes to Waiting.

7Press the S key or the T key to select GO.

8Press the Enter key. The data is written to the memory card.

Deleting Data

1Display the Memory Card screen. (See How to Display the Memory Card Screen on page 2-37.)

Press the S key or the T key to select Delete Data.

4Press the S key or the T key to select the data to delete.

5Press the Enter key. The selected data is deleted from the memory card.

6Press the Reset key. The message display returns to the printer basic screen.
