Features of Your Device

Congratulations on the purchase of your MOTO Q 9c by Motorola. Your new device is lightweight, easy-to-use, and reliable, and it offers many significant features and service options. The following list previews some of those features and provides page numbers where you can find out more:

Dual band (800/1900 digital MHz) allows you to make and receive calls while on the Sprint National Network and to roam on other networks where Sprint has implemented roaming agreements.

Full QWERTY keyboard lets you enter text easily (see page 54.)

Email functionality supports multiple email inboxes: POP3/IMAP4, Microsoft® Exchange, and Good Mobile Messaging™ (page 65).

The synchronization features give you many ways to synchronize your device with your computer: You can sync wirelessly, using Microsoft® ActiveSync® 4.5 or later (on Windows XP or prior versions of Windows) or Microsoft® Windows Mobile Device Center (on Vista) with Microsoft® Exchange Server 2003 or later, or using a Bluetooth® connection; you can sync directly using the Motorola mini USB data cable (page 58).

SMS Text Messaging provides quick and convenient messaging capabilities (page 123).

The address book lets you store as many contacts as available memory will hold. Both the address book and calendar can be synchronized with the Microsoft Outlook® contacts and calendar feature on your computer (page 102).

Speed dial lets you dial phone numbers with fewer key presses (page 51).
