10In the Run window, type explorer and click OK. The Exploring window is displayed:

Windows Explorer may appear different than in the image. There are variations between Windows versions and you can configure Windows Explorer as you like.

11Double-click the Motorola SBG1000 CD-ROM drive (D: in the image above).

12Double-click remove or remove.exe to run the Remove utility from the Motorola SBG1000 Wireless Cable Modem Gateway CD-ROM. The SURFboard Cable Modem USB Driver Removal window is displayed:

13Click Remove Driver.

After you remove the USB driver, re-install it on the computer:
