Note: Duration and Alert offer a Custom option which allows you to enter an event duration and alarm setting directly. Use the Navigation key as explained for Start above.

10.To save, press - (Done).

Changing Event Information

1.Press - (Menu) or K to access the main menu.

2.Select Tools and press K or - (Select).

3.Select Datebook and press K or - (Select).

4.Press - (View) or K (OK) to access an existing event. To select “New Event”, press K (OK) or - (Select).

5.Press + (Options) to display the following options:

■Go to Today

■New

■Edit

■Delete

■Copy

■Setup

6.Select - (Edit), and press K (OK) or - (Select).

Note: You can also edit an event by selecting Edit from the Options menu when an event is highlighted.

7.Change the information and press - (Done) to store the event.
