7.Use the L/R buttons on the Navigation key to scroll through the available functions for - and +.

8.Select the desired function to relabel and press K or - (Select) to save it.

Backlight Control

The backlight setting lets you select how long the display and keypad are backlit after any key press is made.

1.Press - (Menu) or K to access the main menu.

2.Select Settings and press K or - (Select).

3.Select Display and press K or - (Select).

4.Select Backlight Control and press K or - (Select).

5.Select Display or Keypad with the Navigation key.

6.Use the L/R buttons on the Navigation key to scroll through the Display and Keypad backlighting options.

7.Select the desired function to relabel and press K or - (Select) to save it.

Greetings

The text greeting can be up to 15 characters long and displays on your phone in standby mode.

To display or change your custom greeting:

1.Press - (Menu) or K to access the main menu.

2.Select Settings and press K or - (Select).

3.Select Display and press K or - (Select).

4.Select Greetings and press K or - (Select).

5.Enter your name or custom greeting using the Alpha Editor. (Press + (Options) to change the input mode.)

6.Press K or - (Select) to save it.

Contrast

To adjust the display’s contrast:

1.Press - (Menu) or K to access the main menu.

2.Select Settings and press K or - (Select).
