Messaging and call management with Visual Messaging
If your system includes Visual Messaging applications, you can manage all types of messages and phone calls visually on your computer.
The Visual Messaging programs provide additional features for working with voice and fax messages from other people using the voice messaging system. For example, you can record and reply to voice messages, send messages to message groups, and address messages to other users by selecting them from a list.
Visual Messaging programs consist of:
