TO ACCESS YOUR MAILBOX WITH MAILBOX MANAGER

USING MAILBOX MANAGER

Use the following procedure to access Mailbox Manager from any computer connected to the voice messaging server, whether for first-time enrollment or whenever you need to access your mailbox setup.

NOTE You can not use Mailbox Manager until you have completed first time enrollment using your phone. See “To enroll on the system by phone” on page 15.

1Start your Web browser.

2Type https://<server name>/ in the Navigation toolbar, where <server name> is the name of your messaging server.

If you do not know the server name, contact your system administra- tor.

3Type your voice mail user ID and security code.

TIP Add the Mailbox Manager site to your list of bookmarks in your Web browser so you do not have to type the Web address each time you log on.
