To send an urgent message
You can use special delivery by marking a message as urgent before you send it. The system plays urgent messages first, before normal priority messages.
Messages can be marked as urgent either when you leave a message directly in a subscriber’s mailbox or when you call an unanswered extension.
USING YOUR PHONE
1Call the voice messaging system, and enter your personal ID and security code if prompted.
2Follow the conversation to leave a message. Address the message, then record it.
3Press ✱ to stop recording.
4 Press 5 4 1 to mark the message as urgent.
5Press ✱ to send the message immediately and return to the main menu.
6Follow the steps above to leave another message.
