Starten van de dieselmotor

1.Op de bestuurdersstoel (14, Afb. E) gaan zitten en controleren of de parkeerrem (13) is geactiveerd.

2.De stoelpositie naar wens afstellen met de hendel (17, Afb. E).

3.Bevestig de veiligheidsgordels.

WAARSCHUWING!

De veiligheidsgordels moeten altijd worden bevestigd voor de veiligheid van de bediener.

4.De gashendel van de motor (16, Afb. E) op het minimum zetten.

5.Controleer of de borstels omhoog staan, houd er anders rekening mee bij het starten van de motor voor eventuele ongemakken die de borstels zouden kunnen veroorzaken indien ze meteen beginnen te draaien.

6.Ga zitten op de bestuurdersstoel (14, Afb. E), de sleutel in het contact (24, Afb. D) steken, draai deze een slag met de klok mee en in die positie laten staan. Op dat moment gaan de volgende controlelampjes aan:

•cntrolelampje voorverwarming bougies dieselmotor (11, Afb. D)

•cntrolelampje laadstatus accu (7, Afb. D)

•controlelampje oliedruk dieselmotor (8, Afb. D)

•controlelampje parkeerrem (12, Afb. D)

Draai als het controlelampje voor voorverwarming van de bougies (11, Afb. D) uit gaat de contactsleutel met de klok mee tot hij niet verder kan en laat de sleutel los als de dieselmotor start.

WAARSCHUWING!

Laat de contactsleutel bij het starten van de dieselmotor niet te lang ingeschakeld (maximaal 20 seconden) om de startmotor niet de beschadigen. Wanneer de motor niet start, wacht dan even voordat u opnieuw probeert. Voordat u opnieuw probeert te starten, de sleutel terugdraaien, tegen de klok in, tot de beginpositie.

Als de dieselmotor na twee pogingen nog niet is gestart, moet u de hulp inroepen van degene die verantwoordelijk is voor de machine.

WAARSCHUWING!

Wanneer u de motor met de contactsleutel (24, Afb. D) start, moet u het gaspedaal (26) niet indrukken. Als u dat wel doet, zorgt het veiligheidssysteem dat de motor dan niet kan worden gestart.

7.Controleer of alle controlelampjes uit zijn als de machine in beweging is.

8.Zet het gaspedaal (16, Afb. E) halverwege en laat de motor enkele minuten draaien om op te warmen, vooral bij zeer lage temperaturen.

Stoppen van de dieselmotor

1.Zet de gashendel van de motor (16, Afb. E) in de minimale stand en laat de hendel enkele minuten in deze stand staan om het systeem te stabiliseren.

2.Draai de contactsleutel (24, Afb. D) tot het einde tegen de klok in en verwijder de sleutel.

3.Trek de parkeerrem met de hendel (13, Afb. E) aan.
