ONDERHOUD IN DE WINTER

Volg tijdens de wintermaanden zorgvuldig de onderhoudsprocedures die hier worden beschreven.

Procedures voor opslag van de veegmachine of voor veegmachines die bij temperaturen lager dan 0°C (+32°F) werken

1.Leeg de waterleidingen en -tanks.

2.Leeg en reinig/vervang het waterﬁlter.

3.Voeg antivries toe aan de watertanks (controleer hoeveelheid per liter).

4.Activeer de waterpomp om de antivriesvloeistof in het watersysteem te laten circuleren totdat het uit de leidingen van de borstels, uit de leiding van de aanzuigmondbuis en uit de leiding van de achterste buis (waar van toepassing) loopt (zie de betreffende delen). Stop de pomp wanneer de vloeistof uit de spuitmonden stroomt.

5.Start de dieselmotor (zie het betreffende deel).

6.Laat de antivriesvloeistof onder hoge druk door het watersysteem stromen totdat de vloeistof uit de spuitmond komt door de pomp te activeren met de hendel in de cabine (zie de betreffende delen). Stop de pomp wanneer de antivriesvloeistof naar buiten stroomt.

LET OP!

Gebruik het stofneerslagsysteem niet wanneer de omgevingstemperatuur lager dan 0°C (+32°F) is wanneer er ijs kan ontstaan op de vloer.

Procedures voor de tweede opslagmaand

7.Vervang de motorolie en het bijbehorende ﬁlter (zie de betreffende delen).

8.Vul de brandstoftank (zie het betreffende deel).

9.Smeer de machine.

10.Laad de accu op.

11.Controleer de bandenspanning (zie het betreffende deel).

Procedures voor de derde opslagmaand

8.Herhaal dezelfde procedures voor de tweede maand.

9.Sluit elke maand een acculader aan en houd de accu 12/24 uur opgeladen.

VEILIGHEIDSFUNCTIES

Op de machine zijn de volgende veiligheidsfuncties voorzien.

Signaal bij het achteruitrijden

De machine is voorzien van een sensor met overeenkomend geluidssignaal om aan te geven dat het voertuig in zijn achteruit staat.

Snelheidsbegrenzer van de draaiing van de borstels

De machine is afgesteld zodat het draaien van de borstels wordt gestopt als de dieselmotor meer dan 2.050 toeren draait.

Beveiligingsknop op de manipulator

De bedieningsknoppen op de manipulator zijn alleen actief als de beveiligingsknop (op de manipulator) is ingedrukt.

Veiligheidsmechanisme voor de bedieningsvolgorde bij het starten van de borstels

De aanzuigmond daalt alleen als de startschakelaar van de borstels is ingedrukt maar het draaien van de borstels begint alleen nadat de aanzuigmond volledig is gedaald.

Sensor voor startbeperking van dieselmotor wanneer het gaspedaal wordt geactiveerd

De machine is voorzien van een sensor die het starten van de dieselmotor beperkt wanneer het gaspedaal is geactiveerd.
