LET OP!

Op de machine zijn enkele plaatjes aangebracht met de volgende woorden:

−GEVAAR

−LET OP

−WAARSCHUWING

−ADVIES

Bij het lezen van deze handleiding moet de bediener de betekenis van de weergegeven symbolen goed begrijpen. Dek de plaatjes niet af en vervang ze onmiddellijk als ze beschadigd zijn.

ALGEMENE WAARSCHUWINGEN

Deze machine is ontwikkeld als veegmachine onder hoge druk met laadcapaciteit, die in kleine ruimten kan werken. De machine heeft een zeer kleine spoorbreedte en een kleine draaicirkel.

Deze eigenschappen van de machine kunnen in bepaalde omstandigheden zorgen voor instabiliteit tijdens het gebruik van de machine.

Deze instabiliteit kan worden veroorzaakt door de snelheid, door plotselinge manoeuvres, door het gebruik van de machine op hellingen, door een lage bandenspanning, door het gewicht van het afval in de container of omdat de container omhoog staat. Daarom moet de machine worden bestuurd door een gekwalificeerde bediener, die voldoende is geïnstrueerd over het juiste gebruik van de machine en op de hoogte is van de mogelijke risico’s.

Hieronder staan de omstandigheden waarbij de machine instabiel kan worden en waarin u dus goed moet opletten:

–De afvalcontainer wordt omhoog gezet terwijl de machine op een helling staat

–De machine wordt gebruikt terwijl de afvalcontainer omhoog staat

–Plotselinge manoeuvres

–De machine wordt met hoge snelheid, op hellingen en/of met een volle afvalcontainer gebruikt

–Lage bandenspanning

In de cabine is een waarschuwingsplaatje (19, Afb. E) aangebracht dat de bediener op de hoogte moet stellen van mogelijke situaties waarin de machine instabiel kan worden en van activiteiten die moeten worden vermeden om te voorkomen dat de machine instabiel wordt.

VOOR HET STARTEN

1.Indien nodig de bovenste klep rechts (28, Afb. G) openen door de stop (29) los te halen met de meegeleverde sleutel en brandstof bij te vullen via de vulmond (10, Afb. F).

WAARSCHUWING!

Vul de tank nooit volledig met brandstof, maar zorg dat de brandstof minimaal 4 cm (1,6 in) onder de rand van de vulmond staat zodat de brandstof kan uitzetten.

Controleer het waterpeil van de installatie voor stofbestrijding met de peilstok (8, Afb. G).

Indien nodig, bijvullen met water door op de volgende manier te werk te gaan:

•stop loshalen (10, Afb. G) met de meegeleverde sleutel en de linkerklep openen (9)

•tanks met water bijvullen via de dop (30, Afb. F), of de watervulslang (29) na deze te hebben afgerold

•de dop weer sluiten (30), of de vulslang (29) weer oprollen en terugzetten in de juiste houder

•de klep (9, Afb. G) weer sluiten en vastzetten met de stop (10) met de meegeleverde sleutel.

2.Controleer of er geen deurtjes of kleppen open staan op de machine en of de arbeidsomstandigheden normaal zijn.
