BETRIEBSANLEITUNG

NACH DER GERÄTEBENUTZUNG

Am Arbeitsende, vor dem Aussteigen aus dem Fahrzeug, folgende Arbeitsschritte durchführen:

1.Die Wasserpumpen der Staubabscheidungsanlage mittels des Schalters (27, Abb. D) ausschalten.

2.Falls geöffnet, die Wasserhähne der Staubabscheidungsanlage (10, 11, 12, Abb. E) schließen.

3.Die Drehung des dritten Seitenbesens und der Seitenbesen mittels des Schalters (29, Abb. D) anhalten.

4.Den dritten Seitenbesen durch Verstellen nach rückwärts des Meisterschalters (46, Abb. D) heben.

5.Falls nötig, den Arm des dritten Seitenbesens in Betriebsstellung durch Verstellen nach links des Meisterschalters (46, Abb. D) wieder stellen.

6.Den Saugmund und die Seitenbesen mittels der Taste (38, Abb. D) heben.

7.Den Ansauglüfter mittels des Hebels (8, Abb. E) ausschalten.

8.Den Gashebel (16, Abb. E) auf Mindestdrehzahl stellen und zur Stabilisierung der Anlage einige Minuten in dieser Stellung lassen.

9.Prüfen, ob der Abfallbehälter (7, Abb. G) abgesenkt und die entsprechende Kontrollleuchte (18, Abb. D) erloschen ist.

10.Falls nötig, den Sicherheitsarm des dritten Seitenbesens von der Stellung (2, Abb. H) (nicht eingesetzt) zur Stellung (1) (eingesetzt) durch Einrasten des Zahnes (3) in den Bügel (4) stellen.

11.Wie im Kapitel „Wartung“ erläutert Abfallbehälter, Filter und Saugrohr reinigen, Dichtungen und Schmierung der Lager des Ansauglüfters überprüfen.

12.Den Motor durch Drehen des Zündschlüssels (24, Abb. D) gegen den Uhrzeigersinn bis zum Anschlag abstellen und Zündschlüssel abziehen.

13.Feststellbremse mit dem Hebel (13, Abb. E) betätigen.

14.Falls eingeschaltet, Lichter ausschalten.

WASSERTANKS DER STAUBABSCHEIDUNGSANLAGE ENTLEEREN

Falls nötig, die Wassertanks der Staubabscheidungsanlage wie folgt entleeren.

1.Feststellbremse (13, Abb. E) betätigen.

2.Den Zündschlüssel (24, Abb. D) auf OFF drehen und herausziehen.

3.Beim Arbeiten auf der rechten Seite der Hinterachse, den Deckel (1, Abb. Z) des Wasserfilters ausschrauben und zusammen mit dem Filter ausbauen.

4.Wasser vollständig aus den Tanks ablassen.

5.Den Deckel (1, Abb. Z) und den Filter einbauen.

GERÄT ABSCHLEPPEN

Zum Abschleppen des Geräts folgendermaßen vorgehen:

1.Feststellbremse (13, Abb. E) betätigen.

2.Den Zündschlüssel (24, Abb. D) auf OFF drehen und herausziehen.

3.Haltevorrichtung (32, Abb. G) mit dem ausgestatteten Schlüssel ausrasten und die rechte Klappe Unterkabine (31) heben.

4.Die Schraube (1, Abb. AP) der Pumpe der Antriebsanlage von ungefähr zwei Umdrehungen lösen.

5.Gerät abschleppen.

6.Nach dem Abschleppen, die Schraube (1, Abb. AP) festziehen, dann die rechte Klappe Unterkabine (31, Abb. G) absenken und die Haltevorrichtung mit dem ausgestatteten Schlüssel einrasten.
