MONTAGE EN GEBRUIK VAN DE ZOUTSTROOI-UITRUSTING (optioneel)

Montage van de zoutstrooi-uitrusting

WAARSCHUWING!

Het is noodzakelijk dat de veegmachine is uitgerust met de betreffende opstelling om deze uitrusting te kunnen monteren.

1.De afvalcontainer (7, Afb. G) legen; dit is niet nodig als de hoeveelheid afval minimaal is.

2.Bevestig met een geschikt hijssysteem (8, Afb. AU) de zoutstrooi-uitrusting (9) aan de hijshaak (5) en houd daarbij de veiligheidsnormen in acht.

Het gewicht van de uitrusting is circa 90 kg (198,4 lb).

3.Breng op een vlakke ondergrond de veegmachine (10, Afb. AU) in een geschikte positie voor de bevestiging met de zoutstrooi- uitrusting (9).

4.Breng de afvalcontainer omhoog (7, Afb. G) en voeg de blokkeerstangen (3, Afb. F) in (zie de procedure in de betreffende delen).

5.Zet de dieselmotor uit en trek de parkeerrem (13, Afb. E) aan.

6.Breng de zoutstrooi-uitrusting (9) met het hijssysteem (8, Afb. AU) in positie boven de veegmachine en maak deze vast met de schroeven (11) en de moeren (12).

7.Maak het hijssysteem (8, Afb. AU) los van de zoutstrooi-uitrusting (9).

8.Verwijder de beschermdoppen, verbind de snelle koppelingsmechanismen (13, Afb. AU) van de hydraulische installatie aan de overeenkomende koppelingen van de slangen (14).

9.Verbind de connector (15, Afb. AU) aan het overeenkomende contact (16).

10.Open de onderste zijklep links (11, Afb. G) door aan de stop (12) te draaien met de meegeleverde sleutel.

11.Draai de hendel (17, Afb. AU) van de inschakelingspositie van de derde borstel (17a) naar de inschakelingspositie van de zoutstrooi-uitrusting (17b).

12.Sluit de onderste zijklep links (11, Afb. G) door aan de stop (12) te draaien met de meegeleverde sleutel.

13.Maak de blokkeerstangen van de opgehesen afvalcontainer (7, Afb. G) los en laat de afvalcontainer (3, Afb. F) zakken (zie de procedure in de betreffende delen).

14.De machine is nu klaar voor gebruik van de zoutstrooi-uitrusting.

Demontage van de zoutstrooi-uitrusting

15.Demonteer de zoutstrooi-uitrusting in de omgekeerde volgorde van de montage.

16.De zoutstrooi-uitrusting vastzetten en beschermen.

Gebruik van de zoutstrooi-uitrusting

17.Monteer de zoutstrooi-uitrusting (9, Afb. AU) en ga daarbij te werk zoals beschreven in de specifieke paragraaf.

18.Doe het geschikte zout in de opening (2, Afb. AU).

19.Stel de zouthoeveelheid in met de hendel (1, Afb. AU).

20.Gebruik de besturing en de modus van de derde borstel voor het in werking stellen van de zoutstrooier.

21.Draai aan de hendel (18, Afb. AU) voor het aanpassen van de draaisnelheid van de zoutstrooier aan het toerental van de dieselmotor.
